No. We are not affiliated with any local church or denomination. We are an independent faith based Christian organization. As such, we cooperate and partner with churches of all denominations.

DOES THE GOVERNMENT SUPPORT YOUR MISSION?

No, we are supported by individuals like yourself. We are not funded by any government organization.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

The Riverside City Mission has been serving the needs of the hungry and homeless since September of 1997.
|

HOW CAN I HELP? DO YOU USE VOLUNTEERS?

We can always use volunteers. We may need volunteers in the following areas:
- Food preparation
- Donation processing
- Family Food Box packing and distribution
- Soring clothing
- Food drives
- Pick-up and delivery
- Advocacy
- Vehicle maintenance

WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST NEEDS?

Our greatest needs are:
- Donated food (non-perishable and perishable, such as eggs and milk)
- Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, 8-oz cups)
- Hygiene supplies (small containers of soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste)
- Cargo van
- Box truck

WHAT KINDS OF MONETARY DONATIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept donations by cash, credit cards, money orders and personal checks.
